This week I discuss taking care of your body's emotional needs, a peppy plant genus, Chloe Ann, and the beginning of my series on my safety blanket - Star Trek!
Before I get to the links, I want to acknowledge that this episode's infodump was a little dry to listeners who are not at all interested in Star Trek. I didn't do a great job at making it sound as exciting as it is. It was a little too fact heavy. Part two I'm going to try something new! I plan on skipping a script and freestyling my love to "boldly go"! I would love any feedback!
